South Wales (Pembrokeshire) - August 2004
I went with some friends for a walking week-end. After a very long journey across England and Wales, we finally arrived at Pwll Deri, near Trefasser, near Fishguard (see maps).

- We stayed in a Youth Hostel located on the coast.
Pembrokeshire coastal path - Stumble Head PHOTOS
- On the first day, the weather was very good. We decided to follow the coastal path toward Stumble Head. Description of the walk & map .
- After passing near the lighthouse, we followed a path inland which took us via the old Pwll Deri Fort.
Llanwnda and around PHOTOS
- 2nd day, morning: We walked through the countryside and reached the coast where a stone is erected to commemorate the failure of "The last invasion of Britain..." by French troops in 1797.
Goodwick - Fishguard PHOTOS
- 2nd day, afternoon: Walked around "Fishguard Harbour" (Goodwick) and its 2 breakwaters.
- Then, towards Fishguard, following the coast.
